INBOUND SERVICES
We also assist international clients in connection with their businesses and operations in the United States. Our detailed knowledge and understanding of international markets and practices enables us to communicate effectively with and understand the needs of foreign companies. We provide customized business incorporation services and advise clients on the legal and regulatory steps necessary to enter the U.S. market. Many of our foreign clients are interested in meeting and establishing relationships with U.S. Government officials in Washington, and we are able to arrange the appropriate introductions and meetings. We are familiar with the treaties and international agreements governing foreign investment in the United States and are available to consult on these issues. If our clients require additional legal services in areas such as tax, immigration, customs/trade, securities, litigation, or labor and employment, or other professional services including accounting, insurance, banking, and real estate, we refer them to specialists in these fields.
