Grundy & Associates is composed of attorneys who have a combined seventy years of experience in the international oil and gas field, including twenty years living overseas working for major and independent energy companies. Our experience includes substantive assignments in all aspects and phases of the international oil and gas industry in over seventy countries around the world including all major producing and consuming regions, with significant experience in Mexico, Latin America, Europe, the former Soviet Union, Africa, the Middle East and Asia.

We also represent a number of foreign clients doing business in the United States. Our clients include U.S. and foreign exploration and production companies, service and supply companies, law firms, accounting and management consulting firms, commercial and investment banks, multilateral development banks, the U.S. Government, foreign governments and state enterprises, independent consultancies, universities, and international organizations.

Over the years we have developed relationships with many lawyers, accountants, geologists, engineers, and other professional service providers around the world and are able to make them available to our clients as discussed in the Profile section entitled "Network of Advisors". We have traveled extensively throughout the world and are comfortable working in a variety of different cultures.
