Fee Arrangements

We generally bill our clients on an hourly fee basis and our fees are quite reasonable for this market, especially considering the extent of our experience and expertise. We are willing to consider alternative fee arrangements if requested by our clients, including monthly retainers and success fees. For new clients we will request an engagement letter describing our fee arrangement and the scope of our representation, as well as an initial retainer.
