GRUNDY & ASSOCIATES

We represent mineral owners — not the operators.

Domestic oil and gas law across Texas and every major producing region.

Our Firm

Representing owners — not operators

Grundy & Associates represents mineral and royalty owners across the domestic oil and gas industry. Our clients are individuals, families, estates, trusts, and LLCs — and we work for them, not the operators.

We negotiate leases, draft oil and gas agreements of every type, and guide families through title, probate, and trust matters. Our focus is domestic, with deep experience in Texas and every major producing region.

From lease negotiations to the purchase and sale of producing and non-producing interests — and the intra-family transfers that often follow the loss of a loved one — we handle it with care. We also bring in a trusted network of accountants, geologists, engineers, and fellow attorneys whenever your matter calls for it.
